The only remodel represented here, included as a tribute to the owner of the home, David Benner, former Safety Harbor Builder’s leader. David passed away in December, 2021. David was a great friend who entrusted WJHD’s Dave Jenkins with designing his 2nd story addition yet keeping the home’s charm.
